This cd video is in WMV format. It is playable on Mediaplayer, VLC Player and real player at a minimum. Any WMV player will play the video. All Windows and Mac OSX and earlier operatings systems are supported. The video is spoken in clear english and is in small 3-5 minute chapters so you do not fall behind.
