HP Laserjet 5L 6L Deluxe Fuser Film Sleeve Replacement Kit

This kit is for HP Laserjet 5L and 6L owners who experience printing that the pages will have areas that will not fuse the toner to the paper resulting in smeared areas of print.

The fuser film sleeve is paper thin and if someone pokes inside the fuser to clear a jam there is a high probability the sleeve was torn.  The sleeves sold are new 2nd generation sleeves that are far superior to the original sleeve.  This kit also includes the pressure roller that presses on the sleeve during print.  If there is any gouges in this roller you will still have smeared print after fusing.  If you ever observe small orange foam rubber parts coming out on the paper or you know that someone was poking in the fuser and likely damaged the pressure roller get this kit. 

The repair kit comes with the new fuser sleeve with CD video instructions playable on your PC.  This repair will take 45 minutes - 1hr to complete.

• HP Laserjet 5L/6L Fuser Film Sleeve (color may be different due to manufacturer photo may not be accurate)
• Fuser pressure roller (orange or black depending on mfr)
• Detailed video on cd (WMV format) that will have your fuser installed printer ready to print in approximately 1 hour. 

The tools required for the repair:

• Small flat blade screwdriver
• standard phillips screwdriver
• needlenose pliers
• computer capable of playing cd

The video is in WMV format and plays on your pc.  The video is compatable with Mediaplayer VLC Player Realplayer and any other WMV video player on a Mac or Windows based PC.  The video is spoken in clear english.  The video eliminates many mistakes and shows you what to do vs trying to read what to do.
