This kit is for HP Laserjet 1000 1200 1300 printers that have a good fuser that heats the paper but finding the print quality to be poor due to damage to the sleeve and pressure roller. You may hear wrinkled paper when it operates as well as a sign of the sleeve being damaged.

The way to ensure you have a print issue with the fuser is to do a "1/2 page test". Simply set your printer to print a test page and when it grabs the paper and gets into the printer and the paper is under the toner cartridge but not out the fuser turn off the printer.

Now open the toner door remove the toner and inspect the paper under the toner. If it looks great with no flaws then the fuser sleeve and pressure roller are the problem.

The fuser repair kit will not correct fusers that do not heat the paper.

THIS KIT COMES WITH A 7 DAY INSPECTION WARRANTY. INSPECT THE PARTS UPON RECEIPT AND IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY. UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO INSTALLATION MISTAKES AND MISUSE I CANNOT ACCEPT INSTALLED PARTS FOR THIS KIT. Screwdriver - phillips and standard q-tips and rag for cleaning.
PC to watch video

The video is in WMV format and plays on your pc. The video is compatable with Mediaplayer VLC Player Realplayer and any other WMV video player on a Mac or Windows based PC. The video is spoken in clear english. The video eliminates many mistakes and shows you what to do vs trying to read what to do.
