Fuser End Cap Repair
This kit is for the HP Color Laserjet 4600/4650 models where the fuser end caps have deformed due to heat or cracked from age/use and need replacing. Some symptoms of this cap issue is paper jams in the fuser due to the exit sensor malfunctioning.
Take care in removing your fuser (it will be very hot so please allow 30 minutes to cool down before attempting maintenance). Remove your fuser and inspect the ends and see if the caps are deformed or cracked and replace as necessary.
