Fusers are listed on the "fuser" link on the main page left column.  The description for those fusers is very straight forward as far as a core return or no return. 

Most fusers ordered will require a "core" return.  The shipping includes prepaid return shipping for those fusers listed that state "advanced exchange".  The "core" fuser (your old fuser) must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the new fuser.  If the bad fuser is not returned in 14 days, the fuser core fee will be be forfeited.  If a fuser is returned and has been tampered with or damaged beyond being able to be rebuilt, then the core fee will not be refunded.  Please make sure when you buy a fuser exchange order that the fuser you send back is mechanically intact and in the same box the new fuser came from (don't mess w/ the fuser or be curious just return it untampered after replacement).
