Returns:
Returns are available when described in the listing for parts that are defective. Most kits are 30 days from day of receipt by buyer. In a rare event of a bad part, simply contact us by e-mail and then discuss the situation. Then upon determining the problem we will then verify that the part is bad and then if so replace no charge the bad part. The customer will need to return the bad part and return the box it came in for us to have as proof for credit to the vendor. Some kits such as fuser sleeves have a shorter warranty and once installed cannot be returned and on the page are stated as such. If you have questions please ask. In order to get the bad part replaced the defective part must be returned to get a new part so it is critical that you return the bad part. Shipping of bad part is the responsibility of the buyer, we will pay for the shipping of the new part and replace the defective part no charge inside the warranty period.
If you have a return that has not been used and wish to return it for a refund, this is allowed but the items will need to be sent back within 30 days of purchase and upon inspection the refund will be the purchase price minus 20% restock fee and minus shipping fee originally paid.
