I wanted to drop a short note to you. I will admit when I ordered the HP1100 Fuser Sleeve Kit, I was skeptical if I could do it myself. The instructions on the CD were unbelievable and it made it so easy to repair my HP. Seeing you struggle a bit on the video, made the whole experience more realistic. I was amazed when I finished the job and had not broken any parts and did not have a mess all over my basement. I am not sure if any research sites are aware of your service, but I am planning on letting the Langa List know about your company. - Jeff

It was beautifully done and solved a problem I've been facing for almost a year: Whether to dump my 8-year-old 2100 or try and repair it somehow. It works perfectly now, and I'm going to do the same thing for misfeeding the LJ5 I've had in a box for five or six years now, wondering what to do with it. Fine stuff. Many thanks. - Jeff

Rick, I purchased your kit a few weeks ago and finally got around to installing it today. I think the CD instructions are terrific. It took me about an hour as you suggested. Anyway nice kit and CD and my very old 3150 now works perfect, which it never did before even right out of the box. I used to have a lot of respect for HP, because of their test equipment, but now that they have become a commodity manufacturer it is appalling to see how poorly their products are built. Thanks for letting me squeeze some more life out of this machine. -Cliff
