This kit is for HP Laserjet 4v 4mv owners who have a printer that is not grabbing the paper well and resulting in jams in the tray.  This is for printers that are physically turning the rollers but the rollers are worn out and slick.  If the rollers are not turning at all or barely, you have other issues with the printer.  This kit will address both trays with new feed rollers and pad.  This kit is very popular for these workhorse printers and has been tried and tested for over 10 years.  You can usually tell it is time to replace the rollers if you feel the rubber "railroad" looking rollers in the photo, when the printer ages, these rollers become slick and hard creating slip in the paper feed and jams.  The new rollers are high quality and have great grip like when the printer was built a long time ago.

computer capable of playing cd to watch repair for optional CD
