Part # 5581-2766, fresh new stock Applicable to the following printers: Laserjet: 4200 series 4240 series 4250 series 4300 series 4350 series 4345 series This has no directions or support.  Please buy if you are familiar with the repair.  The printer may exhibit grinding noises that is not resolved after replacing the fuser and the the swing plate gear (not the whole assy).  After excessive wear, the white gear on the swing plate typically will be observed chewed up and stripped of its teeth.  It is difficult to see but if your remove the formatter board, you can use a flashlight and check the gear out.
