If you have one of these workhorse printers and want to keep it working like new this is the kit to get. This kit offers the feed exit kits as well as the belt and transfer roller! If you have a printer with very high usage, consider the "ultimate kit" on the laserjet 4/4m page. The kit includes the following new stock parts: Upper exit delivery roller Lower exit delivery roller MP Tray pickup roller and separation pad Main tray pickup roller Delivery assembly belt Transfer roller CD video playable on your PC The tools required for the repair: Screwdriver - flatblade and phillips Needlenose pliers The video is in WMV format and playable on your Mac or Windows based PC. The WMV format is supported by mediaplayer, VLC player and Realplayer. Any programs using WMV format should play the videos. The video is spoken in clear english and broken down into short 3-5 minute videos to ensure you do not fall behind. The video and repair skill is designed for a novice with basic handtool skill.
