Description Extended Information   HP 4+ PLUS 4M+ Laserjet Coupler Fuser Jam Repair Kit w/ Directions   Features If you have a laserjet where it misfeeds paper as it just enters the fuser or just starts to clear the fuser usually it is a broken gear on the fuser or the coupler gear on the printer main gear drive. If your printer has a jam due to a broken exit sensor or loose sensor on the fuser this repair kit will not correct that error. (Fuser exit sensor is on the right side of fuser) To check on the gear you need to remove the fuser (2 screws on the backdoor bottom that hold the fuser in place. Carefully remove the fuser (watch for the paper sensor to clear on the right - be gentle) and visually inspect the gears. If the gear inside left of the printer that pivots is missing teeth this kit is for you. If the fuser has broken teeth this kit also replaces the gears on the fuser. If the paper sensor is flimsy and loose in the fuser the fuser will need to be replaced and this kit will not correct it. Please contact me for fuser prices. The video is in WMV format and playable on your Mac or Windows based PC. The WMV format is supported by mediaplayer, VLC player and Realplayer. Any programs using WMV format should play the videos. The video is spoken in clear english and broken down into short 3-5 minute videos to ensure you do not fall behind. The video and repair skill is designed for a novice with basic handtool skill.
