Description Extended Information   HP Laserjet 4+ PLUS 4M+ 4pc Feed Repair Kit (Optional tray version)   Features This kit is for owners of the Laserjet 4+ PLUS/4M+ engine with the optional paper tray. The rollers will replace all feed rollers on the Laserjet model. This repair will take 10-15 minutes to complete. This kit includes the following: Main tray roller Multipurpose front door roller Separation pad Optional tray pickup roller Video instruction cd playable on your PC The repair kit is designed for printers experiencing paper jams at the paper tray. The paper jams should occur in the tray with partial feeds or the page does not pickup but the attempt was there. If you look at the rollers on the printer you can tell by the rubber they have become slick and have lost the texture to grab the paper. These rollers will restore your printer to like new feeding. Tools required: flat blade screwdriver pc to watch the video or service guide The video is in WMV format and playable on your Mac or Windows based PC. The WMV format is supported by mediaplayer, VLC player and Realplayer. Any programs using WMV format should play the videos. The video is spoken in clear english and broken down into short 3-5 minute videos to ensure you do not fall behind. The video and repair skill is designed for a novice with basic handtool skill.
