Description Extended Information   HP 4+ PLUS 4M+ Laserjet Feed Repair Kit w/ CD   Features This kit is for owners of the Laserjet 4+ PLUS/4M+ engine. The rollers will replace all feed rollers on the Laserjet 4/4m base model. This repair will take 10-15 minutes to complete. This kit includes the following: Main tray roller Multipurpose front door roller Separation pad Video instruction cd playable on your PC The repair kit is designed for printers experiencing paper jams at the paper tray. The jams occur in the feed trays or partially in the tray where the rollers are not getting the paper into the printer as well anymore. These new rollers in the kit will restore your printer to like new feeding. Tools required: flat blade screwdriver pc to watch the video or service guide The video is in WMV format and playable on your Mac or Windows based PC. The WMV format is supported by mediaplayer, VLC Player and Realplayer. Any programs using WMV format should play the videos. The video is spoken in clear english and broken down into short 3-5 minute videos to ensure you do not fall behind. The video and repair skill is designed for a novice with basic handtool skill.
