If your fuser is making grinding noises please consider the ultimate version of the kit to replace the gears. The kit includes the following: Main tray pickup roller Multipurpose tray roller Exit delivery roller Multipurpose separation pad Foam Transfer Roller CD video playable on your PC in WMV format The tools required for the repair: Screwdriver - flatblade and phillips Torx - T10 screwdriver Needlenose pliers This cd video is in WMV format. It is playable on Mediaplayer, VLC player and realplayer. Any WMV player will play the video. All Windows and Mac OSX and earlier operating systems are supported.
