If so then this repair kit is for you. The kit includes the following new fresh stock parts: Fuser exit roller 3 fuser gears for your fuser rollers CD video instruction playable on your PC in WMV format The tools required for the repair: Screwdriver - flatblade and phillips Needlenose pliers This cd video is in WMV format. It is playable on Mediaplayer VLC Player and real player at a minimum. Any WMV player will play the video. All Windows and Mac OSX and earlier operatings systems are supported. The video is spoken in clear english and is in small 3-5 minute chapters so you do not fall behind.
