If your printer will print: The way to ensure you have a print issue with the fuser is to do a "1/2 page test". Simply set your printer to print a test page and when it grabs the paper and gets into the printer and the paper is under the toner cartridge but not out the fuser turn off the printer. Now open the toner door remove the toner and inspect the paper under the toner. If it looks great with no flaws then the fuser sleeve and pressure roller are the problem.
