How do I return an item?
  Product quality/warranty issues:

If an unfortunate issue has come up in a repair, we apologize that this happened. We take great pride in the low defect rate of under .5% on our products.

If a product or part is not performing as you would expect either due to wearout in the warranted period or the fit and function upon installation is not working as expected, please send an e-mail to or call 314-PRINTER.

Once we get the report of a problem we will discuss with you the situation and any possible tests that need to be performed to narrow down the issue. Once the problem is identified we may require the bad part be sent back at the cost of the buyer. We will in turn send a new replacement part at no cost back to you.

Our intent is to not have to get parts back but on some larger items it will be required. Bottom line we will take care of your situation and treat you as you rarely see anymore with businesses.... we make it right! If you are out of the warranted period and have a problem please contact us and explain the situation we may be able to work out a modified repair kit for you to save you money on the next repair.

For uninstalled returns that can be resold due to not being tampered:

We will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase of your product if you determine that the kit you bought is not what you wanted. Please contact us at or 314-PRINTER to arrange the return. The return will be charged a 20% restock fee of the purchase price and the shipping costs are not refundable. Please make sure to ask any and all questions to avoid this situation. The shipping of the returned goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
